DIRECTV HAS IMPOSED A $198.23 CHARGE FOR CANCELING MY SERVICE AFTER FULFILLING A 1 YEAR OBLIGATION. THEY ARE CLAIMING I SIGNED A 2 YEAR CONTRACT WHICH IS UNTRUE. THEIR DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES INCLUDE THREATS OF COLLECTION ON A BALANCE UNDER 30 DAYS OVERDUE, PROMISES OF A RESPONSE, SUSPENDING MY ACCOUNT AGAINST MY WILL TO POSTPONE BILLING. THEY ALSO HAVE CLAIMED THAT THEY DONT NEED THE EQUIPMENT BACK BUT WILL BILL ME IF THEY DONT RECIEVE IT. YET THEY HAVE NOT SENT THE PROPER RETURN BOXES AS PROMISED.
