Forced placed insurance coverage by SunTrust

Without prior notice, or justification, I received an increase in policy limits from SunTrust and their insurance arm -- QBE. I immediately contacted my insurance agent, who in turn contacted FEMA, my carrier to increase coverage. FEMA requires a 30 day period for changes in coverage. While I was attempting to process the request as promptly as my carrier (FEMA) would allow, they forced placed coverage for the time period when the adjustments they requested were being made. It is like paying for a monthly mowing service when you live in a condo. I have written letters, phoned (my last call I spent an hour on hold). My insurance agent has sent constant letters to SunTrust verifying coverage.
