1. In July 2017 the vendor Infusionsoft signed me up for a year of monthly payments. 2. Prior to sign-up they assured me their software would provide benefits that I specifically requested beforehand. 3. I discovered soon after that the software would not provide those specified functions without both ongoing extra developer costs and upgrading the account to a more expensive subscription. 4. I gave Infusionsoft the opportunity to provide an acceptable solution or refund my money and cancel the service. 5. Infusionsoft would not provide an acceptable solution so I asked them to cancel the service on 3 August 2017. 6. Infusionsoft keep taking money from my account.
