I took my vehicle in for service and they failed as a dealership. My truck was supposed to be there for less then a day so they could fix a software issue but It ended up being over 2 weeks that it was there. I was provided with no compensation and they refused to issue me a refund. I tried calling them but they failed to call me back or pick up the phone. They never called me on the status of my vehicle either. Not only that but when I got my vehicle back it was covered in dust. The staff there are rude and insult customers.
