Hello, I recently purchased a HP Deskjet printer from Walmart. Any time someone buys an electronic item from Walmart, I am sure the cashiers are instructed to try and offer Walmarts Product Replacement Plan to them. I chose to buy the plan because it seemed like it was quite cheap. After using the printer for about a month however it stopped printing. The actual problem I am facing is how the hell to get in contact with Walmart to submit a claim. They list the claim web site as productassist.com/walmart and the phone number as toll free 1 866 257 6542. The web page won’t allow you to log on, and the phone number they provide doesn’t help either. I think that the Product Replacement Plan is a rip off! Please, check it yourself and please see if you can help us (the consumer) out…. Thanks
