Last week, Consumer Watchdog’s request to centralize all cases against Hyundai and Kia for misrepresenting vehicle mileage was granted by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. All federal cases will be joined in front of Judge Wu and heard in Consumer Watchdog’s home city of Los Angeles.
