The California Court of Appeals has ruled that all insurance plans will now have to cover perhaps the most effective treatment for autism, whether the therapist is licensed or certified. Under the ruling, insurance coverage will be extended for state employees and low-income families. Lucy Noland reports for NBC4 News.
