The nuclear power plant in San Onofre was prematurely shut down after replacement generators proved faulty and caused major problems to fix. Edison investors say the decommissioning of the plant will result in a more than $1 billions loss. Patrick Healy reports from Rosemead for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2013.
