DON'T TRUST MERCURY INSURANCE

Billionaire Mercury Insurance Chairman Wants To Steal Your Money

One of the world's richest men, Mercury Chairman George Joseph, has been working to steal your money and strip motorists of their legal protections against his abusive practices. Joseph thinks that because he's a billionaire, he is above the law and should be able to buy a license to steal from beleaguered motorists. Now, as he has tried before, Joseph is attacking California's insurance reform law Proposition 103.

As columnist Michael Hiltzik explains in the Los Angeles Times:

No one's been more determined to rewrite Proposition 103 than Mercury and its founder and chairman, George Joseph. The 87-year-old Joseph is known for detesting Proposition 103, and for not being reluctant to spend millions of dollars to rewrite it...Hang on to your wallets.

Joseph is proposing a ballot initiative that would raise rates for motorists. Send a message to Mercury's board of directors that if Joseph doesn't drop his cruel and deceptive anti-consumer initiative, you'll be encouraging your friends, neighbors and family to drop Mercury insurance.
