CBS Evening News: Rebate Checks From Your Health Insurer?

Rebate checks from health insurance companies did come in the mail to many Americans, even if they weren't as big as they should have been. A little-known rule under federal health reform calls for health insurers to spend at least 80% of their premium on actual health care, limiting profit and overhead to 20%.
